In 2016, a Deputy Director at the U. S. Copyright Office in Washington, D.C. received and read Michele’s email that contained detailed content for improvement about the previous website for the U.S. Copyright Office. The Deputy Director then shared it with the technical team for review. [On March 1, 2017, users saw a new and improved U.S. Copyright Office website, many several months in the making by the technical team.]
In August 2017, at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, where employees know the in’s and out’s about trademark(s) filed by applicants, the Assignment Unit Manager told Michele on the phone, “Michele, you are Wonder Woman!”
