Michele is the Wizard of Oz about male behavior. After decades of research, observation, one-on-one experiences, studies and more, she figured out the one word which describes male behavior. She explains it simply, easily and humorously. Michele is a transcendent behavior dissector.

Here’s the word: egotestïcle®©.

Women MD’s and RN’s say egotestïcle®© is “biologically brilliant.” Others say Michele has “cracked the code.”  She has. Perhaps she will rock the world. She is an unconventional thinker and innovator, like Steve Jobs and Guy Kawasaki, former Chief Evangelist of Apple and Canva. No PhD next to either of their names.

Michele is also a crusader, disruptor and a unicorn builder. Learning from her may positively change your life. Michele often says, “Your Success is My Success.”

Hire her to speak. Here is some infectious information likely never heard of or read before:

Egotestïcle®© is about biology. It is science. It is a biological fact. It describes male behavior. It is ground-breaking. It answers the “why?” questions. It is also clever and creative. It’s educationally exciting. It is an attention-getter too. It is a biological game changer.

Egotestïcle®© is not egotistical. The word “egotistical” definition is an excessively conceited self-centered person. The definition of EGO is a person’s sense of self-esteem or self-importance–this definition does not include any mention of good or bad self-importance or behavior. Egotistical is associated with bad ego behavior. Good news! There are millions of good ego guys around. Women, you have to know how to look for a True Good Man® and what questions to ask. Men, check out True Good Man®/ True Good Men® on this website.

Biological Bottom Line: Biologically, the male hormone “testosterone,” is produced in men’s two testicles. It is science. It is biology. It is a fact. It is educational. It is not misandry.

Biological Breaking News: Testosterone causes a man’s ego-based behavior, which simply stated is good, bad and ugly or good, bad or ugly. You get to pick! Watch the 1966 Clint Eastwood movie, “The Good, The Bad and The Ugly.” Men wrote the screenplay and directed the famous masculine movie. You’ll understand after you watch it.

Key: Focus on how a young boy’s brain (or a man’s brain) was nurtured in nature from 0 to 5 years of life. Look at the parenting. Look at his culture. Look at his environment. How does a man act? Is he good or is he bad? Go with the good guys. Stay away from the bad guys.

Explanation: Briefly, a man’s ego-based behavior is primarily either good or bad. There are many good ego guys who are great men and wonderful role models. Women love good ego guys. Good ego guys are masculine men and have compassion, integrity and emotional maturity. Good ego guys are True Good Men®. They are healthier and happier in life. These men avoid the toxic “Man Box.” They treat girls and women with respect. They are true allies for girls and women with equity for equality. If a man is a real man, he is a True Good Man®a phrase of praise.

There are bad ego guys who cause problems due to greed, power, attention, control, rape, domestic violence, and more. Some of Taylor Swift’s songs like Men, Should’ve Said No, I Knew You Were Trouble and the music video, The Man, are about the bad ego guys.

Bottom Line: Biologically, a man’s behavior is either as a good or bad egotestïcle®©. A good ego guy is a True Good Man® and has integrity, compassion and respect for girls and women. They are the gentlemen in the world. Good ego men are real men and are great role models for boys and other men. A True Good Man® attracts women. The world needs many more…True Good Men®.
