Shipping and fulfillment
Timing depends on what you order and where it is going.
- Are delivery times guaranteed?
Delivery times are estimates. They do not apply in the same way to special finishing techniques such as embroidery and screen printing. Your delivery time can depend on the product type, number of items, shipping destination, and finishing method selected.
The most accurate timing appears during checkout after products have been added to your basket.
- How can I help my order arrive as quickly as possible?

- Use complete delivery and billing addresses.
- Review your order carefully before submitting it.
- Make sure any custom design or submitted artwork does not infringe on copyrights.
- Where can apparel orders ship?
Orders can ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to U.S. territories such as American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. Orders may also ship to military addresses including APO, FPO, and DPO destinations.
- What should I know about Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes, and APO addresses?
Standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is generally delivered within five mailing days after the order ships, though delivery can take up to nine mailing days.
APO destinations with Standard shipping may take up to 30 business days after shipment. Premium shipping to APO destinations may take up to 10 business days after shipment. Express shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.
- How long does fulfillment take?
Standard fulfillment time to make a t-shirt is usually 2 to 7 business days. Fulfillment time is the time needed to make the product and does not include shipping time.
Large orders may take longer than the usual 3 to 5 day average, but are generally fulfilled within 7 business days.
- What does shipping cost?
Shipping costs may appear as a flat rate or vary depending on the products, shipping method, destination, and current Spreadshirt checkout settings. Please review the final shipping cost during checkout before placing your order.
Returns, exchanges, and international orders

- Where can I find return and exchange information?
Returns and exchanges are handled through Spreadshirt. Please review Spreadshirt’s official Exchanges and Returns information for the most current policy details.
- Where can I find Express Shipping details?
Express Shipping details are provided by Spreadshirt. Please review Spreadshirt’s official Express Shipping information before selecting that option.
- Do international orders have customs or duty fees?
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to customs or duty fees. These fees are governmental charges, not charges from Michele or Spreadshirt, and they cannot be refunded by the shop because they are not collected by the shop.
Gift wrap does not prevent customs or duty fees. For questions about import requirements or customs charges, contact your local customs office before ordering.
- Are international shipping times guaranteed?
No. International shipping times are not guaranteed. Customs clearance can significantly delay international orders, and those delays are outside the shop’s control. For smoother handling, include a local phone number and email address where you can be reached.
Fit, fabric, and sizing
Soft shirts with a unisex fit.
- What kind of t-shirt is used?
The shirts are a Unisex Basic Softstyle by Gildan. The style is soft, comfortable, and made for everyday wear. Many customers describe the shirts as really soft or super soft.
- What does unisex fit mean?
Unisex means the shirt is designed so any gender can wear it. The fit is a soft, stylish Euro-fit, with sleeves that are slightly more tapered than a boxier tee.
If you prefer more room in the sleeves or arms, consider ordering one size up.
- What is the shirt made of?
The shirt is 100% ring-spun cotton and pre-shrunk for extra durability. The double-stitched neckline and sleeves add strength for regular wear.
- Do 2XL and 3XL sizes cost more?
Some larger sizes, including 2XL and 3XL, may cost slightly more. Please review product pricing in the store before placing your order.
Artwork and product design
Designed to be noticed, read, and remembered.
- Is the artwork custom?
Yes. The artwork is custom-designed for Michele’s product messages. The products are intended to be visually bold, conversation-starting, and connected to Michele’s larger work on behavior, ego, character, and relationships.
- Why are some shirts offered only in black?
Some designs are offered in black because the artwork uses fine white detailing and contrast effects that would not display properly on white or grey shirts. The black background helps preserve the clarity and visual impact of the design.
- Are the shirts limited edition?
Some shirts may be offered as limited-edition or select designs. Availability can change based on product offerings, stock, and shop updates.
