The True Good Man® recognition is Michele’s way of highlighting men whose public lives offer examples of character in action.
This is not a claim that any man is perfect. It is not a scientific ranking, formal endorsement, or guarantee of private character. It is a curated recognition of men whose visible choices, service, courage, humility, compassion, accountability, or integrity reflect qualities Michele believes are worth noticing.
A True Good Man does not have to be flawless. He does need to show, through behavior, that character matters.
The men featured here are included because their public examples can help start better conversations about goodness, strength, responsibility, emotional steadiness, service, and the way people treat one another.
How Michele Evaluates Honorees
Michele looks for public examples of qualities such as compassion, kindness, decency, humility, respect, integrity, trustworthiness, accountability, patience, loyalty, emotional availability, self-awareness, service, and protective strength.
Public fame alone is not enough.
A man may be talented, powerful, successful, or widely admired and still not belong on this list. The purpose is to recognize visible examples of character, not celebrity status.
