Parent Circles

Guided conversations for parents raising boys with character.

Parent Circles give parents, caregivers, and mentors a thoughtful place to talk about boys, young men, emotional health, accountability, respect, confidence, and what it means to grow into good character.

A guided conversation

These are not therapy sessions or parenting lectures. They are moderated conversations designed to give adults better language for character, empathy, confidence, repair, and emotional steadiness.

Conversation themes

Parents need more than warnings. They need useful words.

Many parents want boys to be strong and kind, confident and respectful, emotionally healthy and accountable. Michele’s Parent Circles use the language of Your Moral Compass Counts® and True Good Man® to help adults name the behaviors they want to encourage before problems become patterns.

Character At Home

How parents can talk about kindness, truthfulness, humility, respect, and accountability in ordinary daily moments.

Emotional Steadiness

Helping boys recognize frustration, embarrassment, disappointment, pride, and hurt without hiding behind anger or silence.

Confidence Without Cruelty

Encouraging healthy confidence while rejecting humiliation, intimidation, entitlement, and ego-driven behavior.

Respect & Relationships

Talking clearly about boundaries, friendship, dating, listening, apologies, and the way people deserve to be treated.

Digital Behavior

Using moral compass language to discuss texts, social media, privacy, cruelty, accountability, and reputation.

Repair After Mistakes

Helping young people understand that accountability is not shame. It is the path back to trust.
