What it means

A Moral Compass Ambassador® helps the idea move from words to behavior.

An ambassador is someone who cares about how people treat one another. They are not expected to be perfect, polished, or publicly important. The point is simpler and stronger: they try to model integrity, empathy, accountability, and courage in the places where they already have influence.

That influence may be at home, in a classroom, on a team, in a workplace, in a friendship, in a parent group, or in a conversation with a young person who needs a better example.

The four compass points

The ambassador idea follows Michele’s core philosophy.

Integrity

Tell the truth. Keep your word. Let your behavior match the values you claim to believe.

Empathy

Notice the person beside you. Listen before judging. Care about the effect your choices have on others.

Accountability

Own your choices. Apologize when needed. Repair harm instead of explaining it away.

Courage

Speak up when something matters. Choose character when silence, popularity, or comfort would be easier.

Who it is for

People who want to make character more visible.

Parents & Caregivers

Adults who want to help children and teens understand kindness, honesty, respect, repair, and emotional steadiness.

Educators & Mentors

Teachers, coaches, facilitators, and mentors who want practical language for everyday character conversations.

Boys & Young Men

Young people learning that strength can include humility, compassion, courage, self-awareness, and accountability.

Community Leaders

People who can start thoughtful conversations in groups, teams, organizations, book clubs, and local communities.

Ways to participate

Small actions count.

Share the Philosophy

Share Michele’s core philosophy with a parent group, classroom, team, or community conversation.

Use Compass Language

Use compass language to talk about choices, apology, repair, courage, and respect.

Recommend Resources

Suggest books, organizations, and tools that support integrity, empathy, accountability, and courage.

Invite Michele

Bring Michele into a keynote, parent circle, school workshop, podcast, or guided conversation.

A careful boundary

The ambassador idea should stay credible.

Moral Compass Ambassador® should not imply that someone has been professionally trained, clinically qualified, background-checked, or formally endorsed unless Michele creates a real application and review process.

For now, the strongest framing is outreach and participation: people who believe character matters and want to help the conversation spread responsibly.
